  Brushing with Meline was a very disappointing experience. Before the brushing even started, I politely and clearly asked her to listen carefully: I wanted volume at the roots, curls, and a brushing that would last until tomorrow for a very important event. I stopped her several times during the brushing because I could already see my hair becoming completely flat with just a small curl at the ends — exactly what I had INSISTED I DID NOT want. She kept telling me, “You’ll see at the end ” The result was exactly what I was afraid of: flat hair with barely any curl. She tried to correct 4 curls with flat iron and then said I should have asked for “wavy” instead of “curly” next time!! Every hairdresser uses different wording, which is exactly why listening to the client matters, especially when I repeated myself several times. Oscar, who washed my hair, was very nice, but the other staff made the experience felt rushed. I admit I was 8 minutes late but having 3 different staff told him to hurry during the wash, even though the salon was calm for a Saturday morning, it felt unjustified. Also in the booking they indicate the price of € 53 but they charged €72 without explanation. The price wouldn’t matter at all, if only I had left happy with the style I asked for. DESSANGE should spend more time training its staff to actually listen to clients and understand what they are asking for.

  Une expérience agréable et professionnelle avec Charly à chaque visite. Au delà des conseils personnalisés Charly fait vivre une vraie parenthèse de bien-être. Extrêmement empathique, disponible avec une grande expertise je lui confie mes cheveux les yeux fermés.
