Suite à la lecture des commentaires que vous laissez sous les vidéos Instagram de cliente qui se plaignent de votre travail je ne peux signaler ce manque de professionnalisme via les avis Google. Il s’agirait de prendre de la hauteur sur la situation et de traiter les gens avec respect. La coupe de la cliente était complètement ratée et sa couleur aussi. Les vidéos ne mentent pas.

Most embarrassing haircut of my lifetime. Receptionist is five stars, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The colorist was professional and well versed in her craft. The hair stylist was incompetent, and is a disservice to the salon. I showed Emilio a picture of a soft layered haircut throughout the process and utilized several English speaking coworkers for detailed dialogue. In the end I left the salon with a style I didn’t request. After driving home I understood the sympathetic looks from the salon with a detailed inspection of my head, it was a horrific execution! Emilio cut my hair extremely short close to the crown of my head, and let the top layer hide it! The short hair was jagged and unevenly distributed across the back of my head. It looked like a mannequin head from beauty school, like he picked up scissors for the first time! Definitely not the five star experience I expected from this salon as reflected in the price paid. Anyone walking past my salon chair viewed the disaster on the back of my head, yet no Salon manager offered a remedy or suggestion to smooth it over. That in itself is a huge disappointment because the rest of the salon was lovely yet I won’t return.
