Plus jamais !!! j'ai demandé un diacolor naturel et léger, seulement sur quelques mèches. je ressors avec un diacolor sur toutes les racines comme une couleur, beaucoup plus foncé et avec des reflets couleur cuivre horrible .... Il faut savoir écouter la cliente, de plus la coloriste devait revenir me voir à la fin du rdv, j'attends toujours.... Ce n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un salon DESSANGE.....

A fuir ! On m'a arnaqué. J'étais venue pour juste couper mes pointes, la coiffeuse m'a fait des soins sans me prévenir, et à la fin on m'a demandé de payer 130€, au lieu du prix initiale de 40€.

Quelle déception ! Heuresement la coupe réalisée par Julia est parfait mais pour le reste c est tres decevant La jeune fille qui a realise ma couleur a ete ap par la responsable elle m a laisse en plan bace avec des meches colorées sur le visages conclusion tshit blanc tache et idem lors du shampoing elle est aussi partie en route Aucune attention apportée aux nouveaux clients et aucun geste pour mon tshirt neuf qui ne pourra pas etre récupéré Pour un salon Dessange on peut s attendre a mieux

2/3 experiences at dessange were horrible. I’ve learned that this chain is to be avoided (although my experience in Valenciennes was good- Paris no way) I had my hair colored two days ago and I told her I have a sensitive scalp but have been getting platinum color for ten years, so I know it can be done. I just needed my roots retouched and a tone. I was experiencing an excruciating amount of pain 20 minutes into the bleach and asked them to wash. I expected them to do a toner, because the bleach worked well enough, but the roots were yellow, the mid section white and under yellow again. I woke up the next morning with my pillow completely stained with bleach! They didn’t even wash me properly. When I showed the stylist the photo she literally just shrugged and said nothing. I am back at the salon and the hairdresser is literally yelling at me while I sit in the chair waiting for her to redo it. I had to ask her to “please be nice” She finally did a patine/toner (not sure why she didn’t do this the first time) the color looks significantly better but at a cost to the health of my hair and any professionalism whatsoever. I am not only mortified but I am so taken aback? I had to spend a second afternoon to redo the color, my hair is now completely fried and damaged and she still managed to leave bits of yellow in my hair. I have burns on the crowns of my scalp. I tried this chain 3 times and the last two were awful. The prices are more affordable but it is not worth it at all. I will pay more at a higher quality place next time.
