You did not do any special treatament of my hair! i asked for a hair cut and he cut 0.1 milimeters! what a joke ! when i made the appointment i said i have extensions and i want waives ! what is the problem?! and what is the point of the hair clip that i bought? i never argued about the price ! but when your salon charge doubla than most of the salons in the area , i expect you to speak english to me and show me how you did my hair , with a mirror at the back , not to realise after i pay that i was not finished and the receptionist to finish my hair ! btw - my hair is natural on the area where the extensions were applied , my hair was short but not that short and was damaged from bleach only on the ends - 4 cm yes! in the ends !! you could have cut more of that! what you try to say about the extensions? or maybe yoi want to say that you don t handle extensions? but than why would you accept ky booking? This is a lie from your side , trying to lie about my hair now... i will post a photo of my hair here so everyone can see !
Long story short : i was treated like garbage in this salon ! Why? My guess because i am not speaking French! Overpriced, my hair was left unfinished by the hairdresser- wish rushed me in to payment instead of showing me the result- i saw after i paid and i was finished on my hair by the receptionist!!! no communication if it was not in french i was told by the stilist - wich,i can see ,he had experience but he was not keen to use it on me !

Nous vous remercions pour le temps consacré à la rédaction de votre avis. Toutefois il convient de rétablir la vérité. Nous ne comprenons pas que vous évoquiez des problèmes de traduction sachant que c’est amie qui servait d’interprète. De plus l’état très abimé de vos cheveux trop décolorés et cassés à 4 cm sur lequel vous vous êtes posé des extensions en bandes a nécessité de notre part une attention particulière. Un soin de 20 mn suivi d’un shampoing, un brushing long et minutieux, une rectification de votre coupe offerte pour vous être agréable. Sachant que pour l’ensemble de ces prestations avec l’achat d’une barrette à 35€, vous avez payé 111€, mais encore pour vous satisfaire, Julia a repris votre brushing sur cheveux longs en Weavy (boucles).
Si l’élégance et la courtoisie sont pratiquées au quotidien par nos coiffeurs, elles ne nous exonèrent par de révéler des contrevérités telles que celles lues dans votre avis.
