Helena Posh - 28/09/2024Had to come to them second time because the Color was too dark and blue tone on the roots and middle head of the hair and the cut ✂️ was not nice and smooth but very ugly of my hair and extensions. What they did after I came to them for correction (and I am not exaggerating)
1) They did not offered me even a water or hot drink how they do to clients. While other clients all had drinks for them.:(( I felt so low and not even welcomed there at all.
2) the blond lady who did cut yelled at me throwing her hands at the reception
3) Colourist was trying to tell me that she could not do gold dark bling on my roots, telling me nobody told her to do gold tone (hello ?)
But after I told her a few times that I need gold undertone and not blue .. she managed to correct the Color.
4) My Second visit of the salon to correct Color and cut was 3hours and 15 minutes.
5) They let me sit for long time like 35-40min before they started to do my hair, without even offering offing water.
I don’t enjoy go to salon because if they did everything quality I would not have waisted 3 hours and 15min of my life there . It they don’t see it like this they don’t care if client waist their life time on their mistakes.
6) at the end of all that they also asked me for money to pay yelling at me saying they “they don’t work for free” after I asked “why I had to pay for their mistake?”
7) And they told me to never come back again. It was very unfair how they treated me they charged me 2 times for visits even if they are not qualified to do quality cut and colourings, taking my money and my time 🕰️
8) Even after 2 visits I see that the cut is still not smooth and has not smooth parts (((( see photo).
9) That blond lady who does cuts was yelling at me 2 times during this time and spreading negativity at me … pointing out to me that I was not welcomed there ! Hello! If u did not good it right client can’t even say it???
I was coming to that salon for years but before there was an other team : there was a nice gentleman but I he left, and there was a nice lady Manuela who now works in Antibes and there was an other lady with darker hair doing my hair cut for a few years and I never had to come back for correction!! Hair was smoothly cut always. I don’t know where did she got(
I don’t see those people anymore at the salon but I feel that that blond lady who does cut “runs the show there” but very rude way..( sad for the salon and its history and the Dessange Brand …
The best Dessange is in Antibe they are very nice and professional and polite people, always accommodating their clients they did make up for me one time complimentary! I was to this salon because of location and thought I will get good service like in Antibe but stuff changed here Leading to lower quality service and lack of humanity and rudeness of that new team clang…
I assume that Dassange is a Franchise and each store is not like an other .. don’t expect the same quality in each of them - they are all different- just the same brand products and Name and Price Level ; but very different service levels !! Can be very low and rude also. Be careful!
Services I had: cut with blond lady, and colouring (with lady with dark hair)
*******If they were not able and qualified to do the job they should never take my money and try to do something with my hair *************** be careful when they say yes they can do what u ask!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭

Je fais suite à votre avis que vous venez de poster ,
Effectivement nous ne souhaitons plus que vous veniez dans notre salon , car malgré nos efforts vous n êtes jamais satisfaite, et de ce fait nous ne savons plus quoi faire .
Notre équipe est là même depuis des années et votre Coloriste est présente dans la salon depuis 12 ans .
Ce qui nous rassure c’est que 3 autres salons Dessange ne vous ont pas satisfaite n’on plus ,à savoir Dessange Nice , Dessange Juan les Pins et Dessange Antibes .
J’espère donc de tout coeur que vous trouverez votre bonheur ailleurs .
