I'm really disappointed with this salon. I had an appointment booked in advance, and I still ended up waiting 40 minutes before anyone even got to me. That alone made the whole experience frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, there was also an issue with the pricing. I was charged €92, even though the salon's website clearly listed the service I booked as €54. I feel like I wasn't given the correct information and the pricing didn't match what was advertised. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this salon based on my experience-between the long wait and the unexpected charge, it fell far below what I expected.
