This was the worst blow out I have gotten in my entire life. I have never seen the technique used before but I was optimistic however it took a horrible turn with the tugging and yanking of my hair to the point I was flinching and yelling ouch and asking her to be more gentle. I then proceeded to watch her create a massive knot in my hair and yank it out. The blowout was horrendous looking to the point we had to curl my hair to give it shape which was disappointing as I would have done this myself at home. Not worth the time, money or damage done to my hair. I highly recommend you do not go.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon. Lia did an amazing job with the shampoo; it was so relaxing and thorough. Isabelle gave me the perfect blow dry, exactly the way I wanted it. Both provided excellent service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
