  I just had my blonde balayage done by Karine, booked on the same day. This was my first time at the salon, and I arrived quite stressed because a good balayage requires expertise. I’ve spent the past 15 years having my hair done in high-end UK salons with colour experts and creative directors, so my expectations were high. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness. Karine took real interest during the consultation and was both highly professional and incredibly approachable. Throughout the entire appointment, I felt genuinely looked after. Karine clearly takes pride in her craft; she’s a passionate colour specialist with the skill to back it up. She really understands how to work with colour that suits the individual, which many hairdressers forget. The result? The best balayage I’ve ever had. The colour is seamlessly blended and perfectly toned, not too warm, not too cool, just a true, soft beige blonde. And the atmosphere? It’s the perfect mix of professionalism and supportive, uplifting energy. Every woman in the salon was lovely. Jasmine styled my hair beautifully to show off the colour, and the lady with the gorgeous red lipstick kept offering encouraging comments and smiles that made me feel so welcome. It felt like being surrounded by kind, talented women who genuinely want you to leave feeling your best. I’ve honestly been spoiled by this experience. I didn’t realise a salon visit could feel this good. I’ll definitely be back.
