A huge thank you to Priscilla for my fantastic hair cut yesterday. I have had my hair cut at Dessange salons in France and love their ambiance, amazing customer service and very skilful stylists.
I was so happy the Dessange had reopened it's doors to customers, and as usual, I came out of my appointment feeling even happier. Dessange never disappoints, but I am most happy with my most recent appointment. Dimitri was very kind, and did a wonderful job with my hair. The expertise and ease with which he did my hair was mesmerising. Not only that, but the styling has held itself for more than 24hours. I couldn't be happier. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!
My hair cuts here have been ‘designer’ not the normal every day hair cut, done by Nico. The attention to detail and friendly professional are unbeatable. I’ve had selective tinting done and it was expertly done. My friend had a pedicure and again was outstanding.

Great experience having colour and a fantastic cut by Emanuele. He was attentive , professional and charming..... and listened to what I wanted.
Great salon too .... very chic, very sleek .... very French.
I loved it ... I will definitely be returning.
Today I walked into Dessange, Kensington for a colour and a cut and walked out having had a great experience.
Emmanuel greeted me on my arrival and carefully listened to what I wanted but also gave some of his good advise.
He was very professional, extremely attentive and charming through the whole process. He was very keen that I was happy with the process at each stage.
I was over the moon with the colour and cut and will not hesitate to return to this gorgeous salon. I highly recommend Emmanuel.

Not very happy with my last balayage. The colour didn’t take. It looks as if it has been done weeks ago whereas it has been 13 days ago.

Very satisfying experience.I was staying at a nearby hotel and on a whim stopped in to the salon. I was lucky to find that Priscilla was available to cut my hair. She gave me an excellent haircut and beautiful blow dry. It’s a lovely salon with great hair products. Though I am in London from the US only twice a year, I will make a plan to return to the salon.

My original hairdresser had closed. I was concerned as who would cut my hair as I prefer men to do my hair. I had found Dessange. I had a shampo, cut and styling last Thursday by Nico. The Salon was fabulous.,he asked me how I would like it styled. He was attentive to my needs and also for drinks. He put a lovely smelling deep conditioner on my hair then massaged. The overall finished look made me very happy. Superb. So now I have found my new hair salon.
Absolutely marvelous. Had colour, balliage and condition done by Louise then makeup. Professional throughout. Results excellent. Salon fabulous. So nice to have them in Kensington.
